Chrome & Edge extension

For Chrome or Edge on Windows and macOS.

1. Extract the ZIP to a permanent folder.
2. Open chrome://extensions in Chrome or edge://extensions in Edge.
3. Turn on Developer mode.
4. Choose Load unpacked and select the extracted folder containing manifest.json.
5. Pin the FCCS icon from your browser’s Extensions menu, then click it to open Digital Stamp.

Keep the extracted folder in place. For updates, replace its files and choose Reload on the extension’s browser page. Managed browsers may require IT approval.

Using Digital Stamp

1. Open a PDF and enter the extension date, approver name and authorization date.
2. Select a page, drag the stamp into position and adjust its size.
3. Choose Add stamp to place another stamp.
4. Click a stamp to edit its entries, move it or remove it. Stamps saved by this version can be edited after reopening the PDF.
5. Choose Save PDF. Chrome / Edge lets you choose the filename and folder for your saved PDF.

Choose Close document to clear the PDF and return to Open PDF. If stamp changes have not been saved, you can cancel or confirm before they are discarded.

Rewriting a PDF invalidates cryptographic signatures, even when visual signatures remain. Older flattened stamps cannot be edited. Supported AcroForm fields are preserved.
